Biography
- Dr Pasi Luukka received PhD degree in applied mathematics from Lappeenranta University of Technology, Finland in 2005 and is currently associate professor at department of mathematics and physics in Lappeenranta University of Technology.
- Dr Luukka teaches fuzzy data analysis (in particular fuzzy classification, PCA and regression methods), data mining, intelligent computing, fuzzy control and fuzzy decision making.
- He has published over 20 international journal papers and over 50 conference papers and book chapters in field of artificial intelligence. His main research subjects include classification based on fuzzy methods, fuzzy PCA, fuzzy entropy methods and feature selection and fuzzy multicriteria decision making
