Biography
Tonya Andreeva is affiliated with Reutlingen University in Reutlingen, Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany. Her research has focused on the physical chemistry of Langmuir monolayers, particularly investigating the effects of fluorination on molecular structure, dipole potentials, and mechanical properties of long-chain ethers and amphiphilic compounds at interfaces. She has published extensively on dipolar interactions, mixing behavior, and nanometer-scale structures in binary monolayer systems. Her most-cited work, "Aminated Graphene Oxide as a Potential New Therapy for Colorectal Cancer" (2019), has received 47 citations and represents an extension of her research into biomedical applications. With over 11 indexed publications, her contributions span fundamental interfacial science and emerging therapeutic materials.
