Dr. Berken Cimen (PhD, MSc) is a Researcher at Çukurova Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi in Adana, Turkey, specializing in citrus genetics and breeding with particular emphasis on mutation breeding, rootstock development, and variety improvement. Educated at Çukurova Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi and Ege Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi, Dr. Cimen has contributed significantly to the advancement of seedless citrus cultivars through gamma irradiation techniques.
