Migraine Triggers Food

Migraine triggers food are certain types of food that are known to increase the risk of migraine headaches for people who are prone to them. Eating a diet that avoids these types of food can help reduce the frequency and severity of migraines. Common migraine triggers food include certain types of cheese, processed meats, caffeine, alcohol, chocolate, and certain types of fruits and vegetables. Keeping a food diary and writing down what foods are eaten and how they make you feel may help identify specific food triggers. Avoiding these foods can reduce the severity and frequency of migraine attacks.
