Kidney Failure

Kidney failure (also known as renal failure) is a medical condition in which the kidneys are no longer able to adequately filter waste and toxins from the blood. This can lead to a buildup of toxins in the blood, causing a variety of symptoms and eventually organ failure. Kidney failure can be caused by many conditions including high blood pressure, diabetes, and infection, and can lead to a need for dialysis or a kidney transplant. Treatment for kidney failure is based on the individual needs of the patient, and can include medications, lifestyle changes, and other interventions to help manage symptoms. Early diagnosis and treatment of kidney failure are essential in order to prevent complications and extend life expectancy.
