Individual authors facing financial hardship may request discretionary waivers. Requests are considered on a case-by-case basis during submission.
No Hidden Fees
The APC is a one-time charge. There are no submission fees, page charges, color figure fees, or supplementary material charges. What you see is what you pay.

Withdrawal Policy
Ethical Notice: Concurrent submission of a manuscript to multiple journals is a violation of publication ethics. If a paper is withdrawn from IJHA after 3 days of submission to be sent elsewhere, a 30% withdrawal fee applies. Official withdrawal must be confirmed by the editorial office before submitting elsewhere.
