Individual Researchers, Authors Membership

The Individual Membership is designed for researchers, academics, and independent authors actively contributing to scientific advancement. By becoming a member, authors gain access to exclusive benefits that support their publishing efforts, including discounts or waivers on Article Processing Charges (APCs), expedited manuscript handling, and access to language editing services.

• APC Discounts & Waivers: Discounted or waived Article Processing Charges, with a 30% discount on special issue submissions.
• Unlimited Submissions: Submit an unlimited number of manuscripts annually (excluding special issues).
• Membership Certificate: A certificate recognizing your contribution to the research area.
• Eligibility for APC Waiver: To qualify for the APC waiver, individuals must be an author or co-author of the manuscript submitted for publication.
   

Student Membership

Our Student Membership program is designed to provide students with the support and encouragement they need for their research projects. Upon acceptance, students will have the opportunity to publish an unlimited number of papers during their membership period, gaining valuable experience in academic publishing.

• Unlimited Submissions: Publish as many papers as you wish during the membership term.
• Publishing Experience: Gain experience as the author or co-author of your submissions.
• Membership Certificate: A certificate to acknowledge your contribution to the scientific community.
• Eligibility: Students must submit a brief letter of recommendation from their department head, group leader, or supervisor to apply.
   

Institutional Membership

Our Institutional Membership is designed for academic institutions such as universities and research labs. This membership offers the convenience of enabling multiple authors to publish under a single membership, simplifying administrative processes for the institution. Additionally, institutions benefit from exclusive discounts, helping to manage publishing costs and increasing the reach of their research.

• Exclusive Discounts: Special discounts on additional submissions beyond the waiver.
• Membership Certificate: A certificate recognizing the institution’s contribution to the scientific community.
   

Corporate/Industry Membership

The Corporate/Industry Membership is designed for private companies, biotech firms, pharmaceutical organizations, and other commercial entities involved in research and innovation. This membership fosters strategic partnerships between industry and academia, allowing companies to publish their research and case studies in peer-reviewed journals.

• APC Discounts/Waivers: Discounted or waived APCs for employees.

Membership Renewal Process

• Timely Renewal: To ensure uninterrupted access to membership benefits, we encourage members to renew their membership before it expires. Early renewal is recommended to avoid any disruptions in services.
• Renewal Discount: Existing members are eligible for a 10% discount on membership renewal fees if renewed before the current membership expires.
• Post-Expiration Renewals: Renewals submitted after the expiration date will not be eligible for the continuation of unused services.
