Aims and Scope
Journal of Agronomy Research is a prestigious and highly regarded publication that serves as a valuable platform for researchers, scholars, and practitioners in the field of agronomy. JAR provides a comprehensive forum for the dissemination of original research, reviews, and perspectives on a wide range of topics related to agronomy. This includes but is not limited to crop production, soil management, plant breeding, agroecology, and sustainable agriculture. By publishing high-quality, Peer-Reviewed articles, the journal contributes to the generation and dissemination of knowledge that is essential for addressing the challenges facing modern agriculture.
The scope of the Journal of Agronomy Research is broad and encompasses a wide range of topics related to agronomy. These may include, but are not limited to:
Crop Science:
Crop biology, genetics, and management to enhance yields, quality, and sustainability. This encompasses plant-soil interactions, nutrition, and environmental influences on crop growth.
Soil Science:
Physical, chemical, and biological properties of soil and their impact on crop growth and the environment, including soil fertility, erosion, conservation, and sustainable management practices.
Precision Agriculture:
Agriculture, particularly precision farming techniques. We welcome submissions on the use of drones, satellite imagery, GPS, and other digital tools to improve agricultural efficiency and sustainability.
Integrated Pest Management:
Reduce pesticides and chemical use while effectively controlling pests. We welcome submissions on biological control agents, cultural practices, and sustainable pest management approaches.
Renewable Energy in Agriculture:
Use of renewable energy sources in agriculture, focusing on reducing greenhouse gas emissions and improving sustainability. We welcome research on solar, wind, and other renewable energy sources, as well as their economic and environmental impacts.
Climate Change and Agriculture:
Impacts of climate change on agriculture and interventions aimed at mitigating these impacts and adapting to a changing climate.
Environmental Impacts of Agriculture:
Sustainable agriculture practices and their environmental impacts, including research on soil health, water and air quality, biodiversity, and sustainable land management.
