Traumatic Brain Injury

Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is a form of acquired brain injury caused by a sudden physical or mechanical force to the head, such as a blow, shake, or jolt. TBI can have serious, long-term consequences and requires immediate medical attention as soon as possible.
