Epilepsy Foundation

Epilepsy is a neurological disorder that causes recurrent, unprovoked seizures. It is the fourth most common neurological disorder and affects people of all ages. The Epilepsy Foundation is a nonprofit organization that provides support to people with epilepsy and their families. It also works to educate the public and increase awareness of the disorder. The Foundation promotes research, services, and access to quality care; encourages advocacy; and advances knowledge of the causes, effects, and treatments of epilepsy. By supporting the programs of this foundation, people can help to reduce the fear and stigma associated with epilepsy, and make sure that those living with this condition get the help and support they need.
