Dr. Sungchhang Kang (PhD, MSc, BSc) is a Lecturer and Researcher at the National Institute of Education, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He earned his degrees from institutions including Hokkaido University, Khon Kaen University, the Royal University of Phnom Penh, and the Royal University of Agriculture.
